Raw honey has been whipped with natural ingredients such as fruit, spices, cocoa, sea salt, organic extracts until it is creamy and spreadable. You can use whipped honey in many ways. Whipped honey is great as a spread, glaze on meat, whipped into a vinaigrette, swirled into cheesecake, mixed into yogurt, or even eaten out of the jar. Whipped honey needs to be stored at room temperature. If you do have separation just give it a quick stir.

I am a huge matcha fan and this matcha whipped honey just might be the most delicious thing I’ve had in a long time – maybe even ever! I highly recommend. It’s so delicious I just eat it with a spoon, it’s hard to stop with just one spoonful.

This is so delicious I had it as a spread on piece of toast and a little goes a long way! The matcha is there and isn’t overpowered by the sweet honey yet you get that sweet hit from the honey. It’s just all so so delicious!
