Whipped honey is great as a spread, glaze on meat, whipped into a vinaigrette, swirled into cheesecake, mixed into yogurt, or even eaten out of the jar. Whipped honey needs to be stored at room temperature. If you do have separation just give it a quick stir.

The second it arrived we tried it on whole wheat toast. It’s such a nice flavor, both the raspberries and lemon compliment each other but neither flavor overrides the other. The sweetness of the honey brings it all together. It really does taste like raspberry lemonade!

This honey is AMAZING! The flavors are so natural and subtle. Sometimes flavorings taste artificial, but not this one. As another person said, the flavors are complimentary and don’t override each other. It’s so good I just want to eat the whole jar with a spoon, and I’m not even a person who loves honey!
